Artist's Comments

Hiding in the shadows of the thin trees, the Ewech waits motionless in wait of it's prey. Sensing the moment, it lunges and charges a pair of Toasters, reaching out with it's long arms for the vulnerable cords protruding from their backs. While quick over short distances, the Eewech is no match for the full-grown Toaster over long distances, so must make sure every ambush ends quickly. Having completed this hunt, the Eewech blends back into the shadows and waits.

Hahah, what a great concept! I really like the way you drew the background. :) The colours are very gentle. And, of course, the monster is hilarious. :D

Is there anything more beautiful than a beautiful, beautiful flamingo, flying across in front of a beautiful sunset? And he's carrying a beautiful rose in his beak, and also he's carrying a very beautiful painting with his feet. And also, you're drunk.
:icon4tex:

I licked you while you were sleeping. It was a queer taste that only Humans can give. Perhaps, tonight, I will bring seasoning with me.

I love your coloring.

Half of the world's population is water. The other 96% is wheat. That's just not enough.
:iconncweber:
Obviously the Ewech is naturally iron deficient to have such an exclusive diet. :D

holy fuck shit man!
I love it when you don't check on someone's work for a while and they just improve unimaginably distances....this is crazy...
I really like the angle you aproached this piece in man.....I almost wanna say to add more line variation to it, but after looking at it for a while....it really adds to the feel of...your style varies some time...it can be really precise..or very loose...this looks a bit more loose than your other pieces....so the loosly drawn lines really adds to the loosly painted color...(word for today, loose) I guess it's because I like experiment w/ line variation so much that it throws me off sometimes when I don't see it....your colors are great too man, your really starting to develop a style... you even add character in toasters...which can be a little hard w/o having the luxury of facial expressions....I especially love the feel you added to it by having one of the toasters escaping....it really makes the monster look dumb and sloppy...not to mention my favorite aspect of this piece...all the drool coming from the monster's mouth....that really kept me looking at this piece man...so from one artist to another I must say...you put a chill down my spine w/ this piece..and I hope you go in a comma for a year or so, so I'll have time to catch up
this story seems really fun too...would you mind if I did my own rendetion of it?
